Welcome to AX Note (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) unless you explicitly provide it to us (e.g., via support emails).
Voice and Audio Data: Our app features a Voice Note recording option. All audio recordings are processed and stored locally on your device. We do NOT upload, stream, or store your voice notes on any external servers.
Local Storage (Database): All your notes (Text and Voice) are stored locally in an encrypted or secure database on your Android device.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

To monetize and provide app functionality, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs that may collect device-specific information according to Google Play Policies:

Google AdMob (Advertising): The app displays banner and non-personalized/personalized ads. AdMob may collect and use your Device Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, and device logs to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud.
Google Play Billing: For in-app purchases or premium upgrades, transactions are securely handled directly by Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your payment details (credit cards, bank info).

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all app data (Notes, Trash Bin records) is stored offline on your device, you have full control over your data. Deleting a note or clearing the app data from your device settings will permanently erase all your notes.

4. Children’s Privacy

Vanish Notepad does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Third-party advertising networks (AdMob) may serve ads compliant with Google Play’s Families Policy and COPPA regulations.
